Puffskein Capture Locations

South of the Forbidden Forest

Puffskeins can be captured at a nest located to the south of the Hippogriff Den in the Forbidden Forest. It is recommended to head there from the nearest Floo Powder, "Northeast of the East North Hogwarts Region."

North-east of the South side of Hogwarts Valley Floo Powder

Capture some Puffskeins at a nest located on the north-east of the South side of Hogwarts Valley Floo Powder. It can be reached by heading east from the nearest Floo Powder, "Black Barrow."

East of the South Hogwarts region

Puffskeins can be captured at a nest located to the east of the South Hogwarts region. It is recommended to proceed from the nearest Floo Powder, "Forbidden Forest."

North of Feldcroft Region in the Rookwood Castle

Some Puffskeins can be captured at a nest located to the north of Feldcroft Region in the Rookwood Castle. It is recommended to travel there by broomstick from the nearest Floo Powder, "Feldcroft."

Southwest of Underground Glen Manor at Cape Manor with Alisa Travers

There are Puffskeins can be found at a nest located southwest of Underground Glen Manor at Cape Manor with Alisa Travers. Since there is a height difference from the nearest chimney floo powder "West Manor Cape," it is recommended to fly upwards with a broom.

Southwest of Clagmar Coast

You can find Puffskeins at a nest located southwest of Clagmar Coast. Head southwest from the nearest floo powder, "Clagmar Castle."

Tips for Capturing Puffskeins

Capture While Using Spells to Immobilize

Spell	Use
Disillusionment	Approach the animal without being noticed
Levioso	Levitate the animal to immobilize it
Arresto Momentum	Slow down the movement of the animal
Accio	Pull the animal towards you when it is far away

It's easier to capture Puffskeins by using spells to immobilize them. Approach them slowly with "Disillusionment." Then levitate them with "Levioso." Finally, use "Arresto Momentum" to capture them successfully.

Respawn Procedure

Some magical creatures may respawn if you change the time of day and perform a save and load. If you want to capture a large number of creatures at once, try using the method of repeatedly changing the time of day and performing save and load.

Lower the Difficulty to Story Mode

By lowering the difficulty to Story Mode, it becomes easier to capture magical creatures. If you want to quickly and reliably capture a Puffskein, it is recommended to change the difficulty to Story Mode in the menu before going to the nest.
