Search during nighttime
Even if you find Demiguise Statues during the day, you won't be able to collect Demiguise's moon. Therefore, when searching for Demiguise Statues, make sure to set the time to night time.

By opening the Demiguise Dread trophy, you can check the total number of Demiguise statues and the number of discovered ones. If you want to know your progress, try opening the trophy screen.
What are Demiguise Statues?
A collection element unlocked in the main quest
Demiguise Statues are elements that are unlocked when starting the main quest, "The Caretaker's Lunar Lament." It is not necessary to collect all of them during the main quest, but a certain number must be collected.
Requirement for leveling up Alohomora
Alohomora, the spell for unlocking doors, is strengthened by reporting a certain number of Demiguise Statues to Professor Moon. This allows you to unlock Level III locks, so if you want to thoroughly search every corner of the map, prioritize leveling up Alohomora.
Condition for obtaining the "Demiguise Dread" trophy
By collecting 33 Demiguise Statues, you can obtain the bronze trophy, "Demiguise Dread." If you are aiming for a complete trophy collection, this is an unavoidable element, so be sure to collect them when going to distant villages during quests.
