Glacius Unlock Condition

Obtained from "Madam Kogawa's Assignment 1"

To obtain Glacius you must clear the quest, "Madam Kogawa's Assignment 1." If you haven't cleared it yet, you can find it from the list in the Quest Menu, or progress through the story to make the quest appear.

Effects and uses of Glacius

Freeze enemies

Glacius allows you to freeze enemies for a certain amount of time. Frozen enemies cannot move and receive increased damage, so it is recommended to use it in a combo with Diffindo, which has high firepower.

Use for treasure vault gimmick

Glacius is used as a gimmick to open the entrance to a treasure room. If there is a floor and a box with a Glacius mark, carry the box to the floor and hit it with Gracias.

Glacius Usage

Press the R2 button while pressing ◯△□✖️

To use Glacius, press one of the ◯△□✖️ buttons while holding down the R2 button. It is advisable to equip the spell in a strategic position in the spell set menu in advance.

Set the spell with the right directional button

To set the spell, press the right directional button to display the spell set menu. If you long press the R2 button in the menu and press one of the ◯△□✖️ buttons, the spell will be set in the same position.

Increase the number of sets with Talent

The number of spell sets can be increased by leveling talent. To increase the sets, obtain the Spell Knowledge from the Core Talent Tree in the Talent tab. It is possible to increase the number of sets up to four.
