Lumos is obtained in the main quest, "The Path to Hogwarts." Lumos is a spell that is obtained at the very beginning and it is commonly used throughout the game.

Effects and uses of Lumos
Turn on the light to brighten the area
Lumos is a spell that lights up the area for better vision. In addition to being useful for navigating through darkness, it is often used in quests and solving mysteries during exploration.

Use as a gimmick to attract moths
Lumos is used as a gimmick to guide moths that appear in the dungeon that appears in the main quest "The Helm of Artcot." Moths will return to their original position when Lumos is released, so it is recommended to guide them after securing a path to the door.
Used in Merlin's Trial
Lumos is used to guide insects, one of Merlin's trials. Since Revelio cannot detect the location of insects, it is recommended to use a broom to search for them from the air.

Lumos Usage
Press the R2 button while pressing ◯△□✖️
To use Lumos, press one of the ◯△□✖️ buttons while holding down the R2 button. It is advisable to equip the spell in a strategic position in the spell set menu in advance.
Set the spell with the right directional button
To set the spell, press the right directional button to display the spell set menu. If you long press the R2 button in the menu and press one of the ◯△□✖️ buttons, the spell will be set in the same position.
Increase the number of sets with Talent
The number of spell sets can be increased by leveling talent. To increase the sets, obtain the Spell Knowledge from the Core Talent Tree in the Talent tab. It is possible to increase the number of sets up to four.
