Diricawl Capture Locations

Southwest of Bandit Camp in the northern Poidsear Coast

You can capture Diricawls in a nest located at the southwest of a bandit camp in the Northern Poidsear Coast. Go to the nearest Floo Flame located next to the South Poidsear Coast.

Southwest of the Coastal Mines by Marunweem Lake (Must clear Lodgok's Loyalty Quest)

Diricawl can also be captured at a nest located southwest of the Coastal Mines by Marunweem Lake. It is recommended to go from the nearest Floo Flame, "Marunweem Ruins".

East of the Clagmar Castle Floo Flame

Diricawl can be captured at a nest east of the Clagmar Castle Floo Station. It is a recommended capture point, as it is located very close to the Clagmar Castle Floo Flame, alongside the Coastal Mines by Marunweem Lake.

Clagmar Coast

The Diricawl can also be captured in a nest located to the west of the Clagmar Castle Floo Flame. Ride a broomstick from the nearest Floo Station, "Clagmar Castle," to get there.

Tips for Capturing Diricawls

Capture While Using Incantation to Immobilize

Spell	Use
Disillusionment	Approach the animal without being noticed
Levioso	Levitate the animal to immobilize it
Arresto Momentum	Slow down the movement of the animal
Accio	Pull the animal closer when it is far away

It is recommended to capture Diricawls by using incantations to immobilize them. Approach slowly with "Disillusionment", levitate the animal with "Levioso", and then use "Arresto Momentum" to ensure a successful capture.

Respawn Procedure

Some magical creatures may respawn if you change day and night and perform a save and load. If you want to capture a large number of them at once, try using the method of repeatedly changing day and night and performing save and load.

Lower the Difficulty in Story Mode

By lowering the difficulty to story mode, it becomes easier to capture magical creatures. If you want to quickly and reliably capture a Diricawl, it is recommended to change the difficulty to story mode from the menu before going to the nest.
