To progress in "Welcome to Hogsmeade," it is essential to learn Reparo as a prerequisite. Clear the sub-quest "Professor Ronen's Assignment" by attending both Defence Against the Dark Arts Class and Charms Class on your first day at Hogwarts to learn Reparo.

Customize your wand to your liking

As you progress in "Welcome to Hogsmeade," you can obtain your first wand at Ollivanders. Customize the wand's material, appearance, nature, and core to your liking, and create the wand that you feel most attached to.

Performance differences due to wand customization are unknown

It is unclear whether there are performance differences in wands based on customization elements such as style, flexibility, and options. Create a wand that matches your preferences and aesthetics. Meeting the Guide near the Entrance of Hogwarts

"Welcome to Hogsmeade" appears after clearing "Weasley After Class." Head north from the Central Hall and meet your guide near the entrance of Hogwarts to start the quest.

The Guide changes based on the recent main quest choices

The accompanying student will vary depending on the conversation in "Weasley After Class." If you want a different student to accompany you, reload the save data before starting "Weasley After Class" and answer the guide-related questions again.

Following the Guide

Once you start the quest, relentlessly chase after the guide. Keep running for about 5 minutes while collecting materials and participating in conversations until you reach Hogsmeade.

In Hogsmeade, visit a total of 4 shops. Start with "Tomes and Scrolls," "J. Pippin's Potions," and "The Magic Neep," and talk to the shopkeepers to receive free items.

Customizing Wands at Ollivanders

While receiving free items, make a stop at "Ollivanders" and get yourself a new wand. You can customize the appearance and material of the wand, so choose your favorite one.

Choose Based on Appearance and Preference

As the performance difference based on the material of the wand is currently unknown, it's recommended to create a wand based on appearance and personal preference. If it turns out that your wand does not align with your character's build, you can purchase a new one.

Talk to the Guide at the Square and Challenge the Boss

After visiting the four shops and completing your shopping, join the guide at the square. When you talk to the guide, a cutscene will play and the battle against the boss "Armored Troll" will begin at the square.

Avoid Attacks During the Cutscene

During the cutscene, the "Armored Troll" will crash into buildings and attack. Quickly input the buttons displayed on the screen to avoid the attacks.

Defeat the boss by dodging and throwing objects

The boss, "Armored Troll," will continuously launch quick charging attacks. If you get hit, you will take a large amount of damage, so when a red danger mark appears above your character's head, immediately press the dodge button and counterattack with Basic Cast when you find an opening.

Additionally, when you reduce the boss's HP by about 20%, a new spell called "Ancient Magic Throw" will be unlocked. "Ancient Magic Throw" allows you to throw barrels and crates from your surroundings. It deals more damage than repeatedly using Basic Cast so take advantage of the new spell.

Finish off with the new spell, Ancient Magic

When you reduce the boss's HP by about 90%, an cutscene will play and a command for a new spell will appear. Follow the command and cast "Ancient Magic" to deliver the finishing blow and end the boss battle.

Use Reparo to repair the damage in 7 locations

After defeating the "Armored Troll," use the Reparo spell you learned before the quest to help rebuild the town. Use Revelio to highlight the areas that need repair, and use Reparo a total of 7 times to complete the task.

Talk to the Shopkeeper and Equip a New Robe

After the town's restoration is complete, talk to the shopkeeper at "Gladrags Wizardwear" and obtain the "Traditional Uniform Robe." Since the robe increases your offensive stat, it's recommended to equip it as soon as you get it.

Move to the Common Room from The Three Broomsticks

After receiving the robe, follow the guide until you're in the "The Three Broomsticks." After watching a series of cutscenes, talk to the guide outside and fast travel to the common room to complete the main quest.
