How to Get to the Bottom Right of the Map
Go Through the Southeastern End of the Coastal Cavern

To reach the bottom right of the world map, go through the Southeastern End of the Coastal Cavern located in the South Sea Wetlands. The cave is a no-fly zone, so you'll have to go on foot to get to the bottom right of the map.

9 Minutes to Travers Vertically
Hogwarts Legacy's world map is vast. It will take a player 9 minutes to travel from the Northford Wetlands to the southern end of the Floo Flame at the Southeast of Clagmar Castle. You can't use flying beasts or brooms either at the area around the southeastern end of the Coastal Cavern, meaning you'll have to travel on foot.
Fast Travel with Floo Powder
There are 47 Floo Stations on the world map that act as fast travel. Floo powder is released when you simply approach them. Use the world map to find all of the floo stations to make it easier to travel and unlock the "Floo Around the World" trophy.

Uses of the Map Screen
Check Search Elements
Pressing L2 on the map screen and zooming in can help you check the search elements of each region. Search elements are important for collecting and achieving challenges. It's also a guide to the remaining challenges and collections you haven't done or taken.

Understand the Route with Waypoints
You can set waypoints by pressing the ✕ button on the map screen. Traveling by foot will have the world map display the waypoints. We recommend setting waypoints to help you with directions.
Change the Time
Pressing R3 on the map screen allows you to change the time. Some magical creatures and quests require specific times to be accessed. You can also change the time between day and night for better visibility during search and stealth.
