- Last updated on
A detailed article providing information about the "Elder Wand" in "Hogwarts Legacy." Included in this article are details on how to get all deathly hallows.
Can you Obtain the Elder Wand?
Temporarily Usable in the Story
The Elder Wand can be temporarily used during the main quest towards the end of the game. It can be used during the "Niamh Fitzgerald's Trial", so fans of the original work can look forward to it.
Increases the Power of Magic When Used
Using the Elder Wand dramatically increases its power. It can deal damage in the four-digit range, so be careful not to misread the damage when switching back to a regular wand.
The Invisibility Cloak and Resurrection Stone also appear simultaneously
In "Hogwarts Legacy", all of the Deathly Hallows appear. They are not directly referred to by their actual names, but they can be recognized as the same Deathly Hallows that appear in the original work.
Cannot be Used as a Permanent Equipment
Although the Elder Wand can be used in the game, it cannot be used permanently. It can only be temporarily used, so be cautious.
What is the Elder Wand?
The Strongest Wand that Appeared in the Original Work
The Elder Wand is the strongest wand fashioned by Death in the Harry Potter universe. It is the same wand Albus Dumbledore, Gellert Grindelwald, and Harry Potter used against Voldemort, who is also a future wielder of the wand.
One of the Legendary Deathly Hallows
The Elder Wand is one of the three gifts given by Death to three brothers. The other two are the "Resurrection Stone" and the "Invisibility Cloak."
