Talent Distribution

The Character Creation features such as hairstyles and scars can be changed later at the salon. You can also change the hair color, so if you want to change your look, visit the Hogsmeade store.
Selling and Discarding Gear
Once the gear is sold or discarded, it cannot be repurchased, but it is still possible to obtain the same gear again, so it's not irreversible. However, since gear acquisition is generally random, it becomes difficult to obtain the desired gear. If you have gear with a look you like, be careful not to accidentally sell or discard it.
Timing of Quest Acceptance
