You can get Wiggenweld Potions by setting the ingredients on a potions station and waiting for 15 seconds. There are two potions stations available for your use: the Room of Requirement and the Potions Classroom. The limit to carry Wiggenweld potions is only 25 pieces in the largest size.

How to Increase Recovery Amount
Unlock the Talent "Effect of Wiggenweld Potion"
You can increase the recovery amount from your items by unlocking the "Effect of Wiggenweld Potion" talent. This particular talent has stage I and II. If you're the type of player who requires large amounts of healing, acquire the talent up to stage II. Keep in mind that there is a limit to talent points and you cannot reallocate them.

Using Recovery Items
To recover your health, use the "Wiggenweld Potion" recovery item. Press the down arrow key to use it. You can hold up to 25 of them at the largest. Recovery can be increased by using the "Effects of Wiggenweld Potion" talent if you feel the recovery time is insufficient.
Picking up Blue Flames of Ancient Magic
By picking up the blue flames of Ancient Magic, you can recover your health. Blue flames appear from enemies every 10 combos, and the more combos you have, the more flames will appear. Avoid getting hit by using Protego or evading. Try to connect as many combos as possible to recover your health easily.
Blue Flames also Fill the Ancient Magic Meter
When you obtain blue flames, the meter required for using Ancient Magic fills up. Ancient Magic can defeat regular enemies in one hit and deal large damage to strong enemies, so it is beneficial to actively collect flames to fill up the meter.
Unlock "Curse Sapper" with Talent
By unlocking "Curse Sapper" with Talent, you can recover HP when attacking cursed enemies. If you want to curse enemies you should first learn the unforgivable curses.

You can acquire "Curse Sapper" starting from Level 22. Grind your experience points in arenas, challenges, quests, or side-quests so you can acquire the talent faster.
