Meet Professor Fig at Rookwood Castle
Meet up with Professor Fig in the southwest of the world map to start Rockwood's Trial. It is recommended to fast travel to the waypoint "Feldcroft" visited in "In the Shadow of the Estate" and head to Rookwood Castle.

Use the Box as a Platform to Inflitrate the Castle
After the conversation with Professor Fig, eliminate the enemies on the outskirts of Rockwood Castle while moving counterclockwise. Around the area where you defeat the "Loyalist Ranger," cast "Wingardium Leviosa" on the wooden box and climb up using it as a platform to infiltrate the castle.

Eliminate the Enemies in the Plaza and Move Forward
After the cutscene with the Ranrock Gang inside the castle, the executioner of Ashwinder and large numbers of enemies will appear. If you are about to be overwhelmed by the enemies, throw gunpowder barrels and wooden crates with "Ancient Magic Throw" and use the invincibility time during the spell to get through.

Attack the 3 Symbols to Open the Door
Climb the stairs on the north side of the map and proceed straight along the Wall of Defense after defeating the enemies. You will reach a door with symbol mechanisms. Attack the two symbols in the southeast and the symbol beyond the broken wall on the north side, for a total of 3 symbols, to activate the door.

Investigate the Traces of Ancient Magic and Proceed Forward
Proceed straight ahead and go south from the source of the red power and enter the room adorned with Rookwood's portrait. Speak to the portrait and then investigate the traces of Ancient Magic to embark on the Trial of Rookwood.

The First Gimmick is To Use Pillars as Platforms to Progress
Examine the trace on the stairs and activate the arch once the trial begins. Pass through the arch from east to west and turn the field of view blue. When the field of view turns blue, the pillars will transform into boxes and can be freely moved.
Afterwards, use "Wingardium Leviosa" to move the box to the wall on the east side, then pass through the arch from west to east and turn the field of view red. The box will return to the pillar, so climb the pillar and jump to the wall to proceed.

Second Location: Solving the Puzzle Inside the Arch
Once you solve the first puzzle, progress further and start attacking the symbol mechanism in the back right to rotate the arch. Once the pillars transform into boxes inside the arch, pull the box towards you and then attack the symbol again. This will make the obstructing pillars disappear, allowing you to proceed deeper into the map.
There is a treasure chest placed on the northwest hill. If you want to collect it, drop the box next to the passage, transform it into a pillar, and use the pillar as a platform to climb up the hill. The treasure chest on the east side can be obtained by pulling the box as close as possible to the fence while it's still in box form, and then examining the treasure chest beyond the fence while in the red vision state.

Proceed Forward and Eliminate the Pensieve Protectors
After solving the second puzzle, move forward and battle with the Pensieve Protectors. They are no different from the Pensieve soldiers you have defeated in previous trials, so it is recommended to test the effectiveness of the spells you obtained in the recent quest and defeat them.

Attack the Mechanism After Passing Through the Arch in the Third Location
The third puzzle with be next after defeating Pensieve Protectors. Attack the symbol to break through and then pass through the arch to the west side. Attack the symbol again from the west side to return the arch to its original position.

Remove the Enemy's Invisibility by Passing Through the Arch and Eliminate Them
Proceed forward and investigate the traces and make invisible enemies and arch mechanisms appear. The invisible enemies are completely invincible until they reveal themselves, so pass through the arch to change your perspective and remove their invisibility before defeating them.
The Goal for the 4th Location is to Place the Box on the Western High Ground.
To clear the 4th puzzles use the arch to pull out the box and place it on the western high ground to create a platform. To make the box a platform, first pull it towards you while passing through the red field of vision.
Next, place the pulled-out box on the western high ground without passing through the arch. Once the placement on the high ground is complete, pass through the arch from east to west, turning the field of vision blue, and climb the pillar to reach the upper platform to proceed.

Annihilate Enemies While Conserving the Ancient Magic Gauge
Once you finished the 4th puzzle the 3rd Pensieve battle will begin. At the end of the are the final boss, "Pensieve Guardian" awaits. Try your best to defeat it without using the Ancient Magic Gauge.

The 5th spot is Just Dropping the Box from the High Ground
The puzzle at the 5th spot on the west side of the square is an optional element unrelated to clearing. Rotate the platform to transform the treasure chest into a box, then cast Accio through the arch to drop the box from the high ground and open the treasure chest to complete it.
Defeat the Pensieve Guardian
After going to the square the Pensieve Guardian, the quest boss, will appear. A new attack pattern called the "Iron Ball Slam" has been added. However, it can be defeated in the same way as Rackham's Trial. Defend against "Iron Ball Slam" with Protego and calmly deal damage.

Watch Rookwood's Memory and Go to the Map Chamber
After the battle watch Rookwood's memory and use the magic path to go to the Map Chamber. After talking to Percival and Professor Fig and finish the cutscene.
Note that after completing the quest, the next main quest, "Fire and Vice," will occur. If you cannot challenge it due to insufficient level, try completing side quests or Trials of Merlin to level up.
