To use Alohomora, press the □ button in front of a locked door or box. If you have a sufficient level, you will be taken to the unlock screen where you can unlock the key.

Operate the R and L sticks on the unlock screen

On the unlock screen, operate the R stick and L stick. You can unlock the lock by turning the outer ring with the L stick, turning the inner ring with the R stick, and holding the sticks where they rotate at the same time.
