Talk to Arthur Plummly at Hogwarts

The side quest, "Cache in the Castle," is unlocked by talking to Arthur Plummly at Hogwarts.
You can take on side quests at any time if you leave them open. It's good to talk to them whenever you see them.

Walkthrough: Cache in the Castle

Look for therhinoceros skeleton on display

First, look for the rhinoceros skeleton on display. The rhinoceros skeleton is near the Astronomy building, so look at the map as you move.

Find the fountain with a statue of a dragon

There is a fountain with a statue of a dragon in the Transfiguration Courtyard just down the stairs from the rhinoceros skeleton. If you get closer, you can proceed to the next step, so get closer.

Exit the Courtyard and look for the stairs leading up.

The stairs are located at the end of the courtyard where you enter the bell tower. If you climb up here, there will be a painting, so let's climb up.

Unravel the secrets of the painting

There is a painting at the top of the stairs of the Bell Tower. Cast Accio at the top of the painting for the treasure chest to appear.

Reward

Authentic Historian's Uniform

By clearing the side quest "Cache in the Castle," you can obtain the "Authentic Historian's Uniform" as a reward. The Authentic Historian's Uniform is a cosmetic item, so it does not affect your stats. However, it is a valuable item, so be sure to obtain it
