The Progress in the Main Quest Affects It

② Go to the Cave North of "In the Coastal Mines by Lake Marunween". (Must clear Lodgok's Loyalty Quest)
After talking to Deek and unlocking the quest "Phoenix Rising," check the map to find the cave. Once you find the desired cave, you will need to move there as indicated on the map. However, you cannot fly from "Southeastern End of the Coastal Cavern" to "Bandit Camp in the northern Poidsear Coast," so you will have to travel on foot.
③ Proceed to the Top of The Mountain While Defeating Enemies
Once you reach the cave, proceed to the deepest part while defeating enemies. There are many gimmicks and enemies along the way, so move while dealing with them. Especially in places with many enemies, it is safe and recommended to approach from behind without being noticed using "Disillusionment" and deal with them using "Petrificus Totalus".
