To obtain Expelliarmus, clear the quest, "Professor Hecat's Assignment 2." If you haven't cleared it yet, you can find it from the list in the Quest Menu, or progress through the story to make the quest appear.

Effects and uses of Expelliarmus

Make the enemy give up their weapon

Expelliarmus is a spell that expels the enemy's weapon from their hands. This gives you time to damage them while they are incapacitated as well. However, you must be accurate when casting the spell.

Has synergy with ancient magic throwing

If you develop the talent ``Ancient Magic Throwing Expertise,'' you will be able to use R1 to hit the weapon you stole from Expelliarmus. Ancient magic throws deal high damage, so it's best to use them as part of a high-damage combo.

Expelliarmus Usage

Press the R2 button while pressing ◯△□✖️

To use Expelliarmus, press one of the ◯△□✖️ buttons while holding down the R2 button. It is advisable to equip the spell in a strategic position in the spell set menu in advance.

Set the spell with the right directional button

To set the spell, press the right directional button to display the spell set menu. If you long press the R2 button in the menu and press one of the ◯△□✖️ buttons, the spell will be set in the same position.

Increase the number of sets with Talent

The number of spell sets can be increased by leveling talent. To increase the sets, obtain the Spell Knowledge from the Core Talent Tree in the Talent tab. It is possible to increase the number of sets up to four.
