Brewed at the Potion Station
Potions are mainly brewed at the Potion Station located at Hogwarts' Potion Classroom. However, you can also brew potions at The Room of Requirement. All you need to do is clear the main quest "Potions Class" and "The Room of Requirement" to unlock brewing potions.

Potions are also obtained by using the "Hopping Pot." You can have the Hopping Pot by purchasing it at Tomes and Scrolls. Place the Hopping Pot in The Room of Requirement and watch it create one random potion for every 12 minutes. For those who are heavy potion users, the Hopping Pot is a great way to stack up on potions without any consumption of materials.

Wiggenweld Potion is Used with the Down Arrow Key
The Wiggenweld Potion, which can restore health, can be used by pressing the Down Arrow Key. When your health is low due to damage, use the Down Arrow Key to recover.
Other potions are used with the L1 Button
Other potions, except for the Wiggenweld Potion, can be used by pressing the L1 Button. You can check the quantity of your potions on the lower left corner of your screen while exploring as well.
Set in the Reel Displayed by Holding the L1 Button
To set the potions that can be used with the L1 Button, display the item reel by holding the L1 Button. Once the reel is displayed, you can set the potions by selecting them with the R Stick.
