Take the map at Henrietta's Hideaway

Solved by the Bell is unlocked by obtaining the Musical Map from Henrietta's Hideaway. The Musical Map can be obtained by going deeper into the Hippogriff statue that appeared in the side quest, "The Hippogriff Marks the Spot."

How to get the Musical Map

Musical Map
1	Proceed further from the statue of the mark left by the Hippogriff
2	On the floor with the trap, pull the bonfire using Accio and place it on top
3	Approach the wall behind the stairs on the right and enter the hidden room
4	Open the treasure chest

Walkthrough: Solved by the Bell

Head to Clagmar Castle

You need to head to Clagmar Castle which is marked on the Musical Map. Use the fast travel when available.

Ring the bells in the order of the Musical Map

Map order	Appearance of the bell

Ring the nine bells in Clagmar Castle in the order specified on the Musical Map. There is no time limit so you don't have to worry. Focus on aiming and using damage spells.

Get the rewards from the treasure chests

If you ring the bell according to the instructions, a treasure chest will appear. Open it to get the Treasure-Seeker's Longcoat and 400G.

Reward

Treasure-Seeker's Longcoat

You will receive the Treasure-Seeker's Longcoat as a reward for clearing the side quest. It is a cosmetic item, so it has no effect on your status. However, it is a valuable item, so be sure to get it.

180 XP

The reward for this quest is +180 XP. XP is required to level up, so make use of side quests to earn XP.

400G

You will also receive 400 Galleons from the quest. Galleon is used frequently for things like purchasing equipment, so make use of side quests to earn it.
