The quest, "Harlow's Last Stand," is unlocked by completing the side quest, "Finding Focus." After clearing the side quest, head to Manor Cape to talk to Natsai Onai.

Talk to Natsai near Manor Cape

To start "Harlow's Last Stand," you need to talk to Natsai Onai near Manor Cape. Fast travel is close to Bainburgh, so make use of it when traveling.

Follow Natsai

After talking with Natsai, follow her. If you move too far away, the quest will fail, so be sure to follow closely.

Defeat Ashwinders

After arriving at the mansion with Natsai, you will be attacked by Ashwinders, so defeat them. There are many throwing items, so if you use them, you can advance the battle to your advantage.

Defeat Theophilus Harlow

After defeating the Ashwinders, Theophilus Harlow will appear, so defeat him. Avada Kedavra is effective, so if you have learned it, you can defeat him quickly.

Reward

180 XP

The reward for this quest is +180 XP. XP is required to level up, so make use of side quests to earn XP.
